Great experience with an in home move. Two men were courteous and professional and got the job done in less time than quoted!

The team arrived at the very last minute in their window of time. They didn’t have enough staff to manage our move efficiently and went way over time. They damaged a few items.

My name is Jim, not Tim. Everything was as good or better than expected. The attitude of the movers was awesome.

The movers did a perfect job. It was over 100 degrees with the heat index and they pushed through with no complaints. Would highly recommend

The guys (Ben and Jordan ?) arrived on time!!! They were courteous and listened to my directions and concerns. They worked efficiently and didn't waste time or take long breaks. I thanked them for not taking off for lunch and driving away for an hour (that has happened to me before). They wrapped my china closet and sofa so well. They didn't seem to mind the endless trips to the second floor. Delivery at my new residence was seamless. All together, they asked me when the truck was empty if I had any more concerns or questions. Also, I was impressed that someone from the office stopped in to make sure the move was satisfactory, especially considering how hectic and exhausting a move can be. Thanks to all concerned. I would definitely recommend this moving company.

Peter was excellent, listened, cared about my furniture, but also about my hardwood floors and door entries. Peter understood it wasn't just about moving the furniture but also about protecting my floors, door jams, etc. he took steps to prevent any issues. Hakim seemed to want to rush thru the job; he didn't seem to understand that it wasn't just about being strong, grabbing an item and going. He didn't seem to understand the full possibilities of what could happen and that he needed to take precautions. He could just use someone to explain the details of moving.

Our movers were amazing. Friendly, courteous, and insanely hard-working. I have no idea how two guys can work that hard, that fast, for that long and not collapse, especially in the heat that they were working in. Whatever you pay these guys, it isn't enough.

One problem---Niki in the office confirmed with me the guys would hook up our washer/dryer. But the guys acted like they knew nothing about that and said it's their policy not to do that for liability reasons. I don't think they were aware it's an option and we just needed to sign a waiver. It turned out we didn't have the right dryer duct so they couldn't anyway, but I wasn't sure they knew it was an option so you should clear that up with them? Super nice young guys----we really appreciated their hard work!!!!

Movers communicated effectively and handled the job effifciently and with great care.
