They ripped the hose to my washing machine so hard that it busted a joint. I then had a leak behind the wall. Had to hire a plumber to come at 10:00 pm to fix this issue as I was closing on my house the next day and the buyers had their final walk through. It was a nightmare. He knew (I'm hoping that he was smart enough to know) that he shouldn't have to pull that hard to disconnect the tube. We were at the house. He should have taken the time to come and get us to show us the issue.

The movers themselves worked very hard and were polite and professional. However, them and their manager who showed broke BOTH of my kids beds and we had to buy new ones with uncertainty around if/when we'd be reimbursed. Four hours ($652) were spent trying to disassemble and reassemble them only to have them broken. They claimed it was due to particle board, but really it's because they couldn't figure out how to reassemble them and screwed and unscrewed things a dozen times BEFORE they actually broke. Claims person couldn't even accurately describe the damage disclosures given by the sales people. It was a mess. Ultimately got $600 back for the beds, and 1 hours of time credited. Lots of hassle, and ultimately wasted a lot of time and money. Won't ever use again.

Chris & Connor took care while moving the furniture and brought to my attention some items that were damaged that I did not know. They were very helpful and nice. Thank you Two Men and Truck for hiring men who are respectful, polite and honest.

The only negative in this move was the grime left on my furniture from the blankets/padding used to wrap around my items. The movers themselves were very efficient, communicative and made sure things were placed where I wanted them. The two men who did my move were excellent. Susan

Joe, Tarrence, and Chris were excellent movers to work with. They arrived on schedule and were knowledgable about what needed to be done and how to get the job done quickly. It seemed like they had worked together before, even though they told me it isn't always the same team of guys, because their ability to work with each other was evident. They arrived at my new home before I did and started getting my possessions moved right in. When items were found to be damaged from the move, all three guys were upfront and honest about what happened. In the end, my move came in under budget and right on time. Very professional crew. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if and when I move again.

My furniture was not reassembled due to Two Men and a Truck not sending the same crew whom performed the original move. Even this I go forgive if they had not scratched my refinished hardwood floors. The previous move was to clear the house for the floors to be refinished. This move was to put the furniture back in place. Unfortunately, my floors only got to see a couple days of perfection before being scratched.

They did a good job. They worked hard. When the job seemed more lengthy or challenging, they called in another mover to help finish before the end of the evening. They were courteous and communicative. There were a few scuff on some of our furniture and one damaged door frame, but I was impressed with their work nonetheless.

I was very satisfied with my service, the guys were very friendly and helpful! They moved things quickly and efficiently and I had them move several thing several times. A few things I didn’t pack to well and they got broken but overall I was very happy with my 2 different crews! They were very willing to do whatever it took to get things where they needed to go.They were very hard workers and I really appreciated their help!

Our delivery guys were very hard workers, were professional, funny, and curious. They were a little clumsy with the base/legs on furniture and I had two pieces that needed repairing after the delivery.
