I moved September 27 furniture and many fragile items. from storage facility to an apartment. I had many empty boxes that were tore down and still wanted for moving. They took all of them and broke many fragile items. I’ve tried to get ahold of management and never replied. I’m very disappointed and upset. Moving already is stressful enough and that happen. I paid a lot to move. veyy disappoint

The moving team was very professional and kind. They worked fast and efficiently. They were personable and put everything where I asked them. I am pleased. I also think they deserve a raise because they more than met my expectations.
