Truck #123 and Truck #423 helped move us on September 2. The guys were very friendly and helpful and worked very efficiently. We had a LOT of stuff to be moved and they did a fabulous job!!! I will definitely recommend your services to others. My only complaint is the difficulty in reaching your local office by phone, but when your office personnel called me, she was very helpful and friendly.

I want told on the phone how you figure your prices AT ALL. NO GOOD! I told the man on the phone, the day I svelte, I had a truck and trailer and you didn't need to send a truck, just 2 men. Yet, you sent a truck AND you charged me for it, Even tho we didn't use it. I'm very unhappy about that. Had he told me the day I set this up, I would have found someone else to do it. Shady business

Hi Marie, thanks for reaching out to share your concerns. We double checked and we did not charge you for the big truck, we only charged you for the service vehicle rate, a $25 per hour difference. I think the 3 guys that moved me did a great job and were very efficient. The only issue I have is that I wish they would have told me when they damaged my utility closet door and nicked my bedroom wall. I still would not have been happy about the damage, but would have felt like they were being more responsible by owning their part in the damage.

Not happy with service provided. New hardwood floor dented in new house, a specialty made wooden office chair that was given to me for graduation was scratched, washer scratched, wooden lamp cracked, and part of the thread of a water softener broken (I signed a waiver for this, but the fact that so many items were damaged is so disappointing and frustrating).

Great all around! Only improvement might be truck for the size of load. Could be the options online didn’t exactly fit what I had to haul. Overall great experience! I will use service again.

Moving can be stressful... You know what's not stressful, Tay and Berry showing up at your door! Remarkable, professional, efficient, and hard workers! These guys were not strangers moving your things, they were like family coming to the rescue. I could have not made a better call than contacting Two men and a truck. From the first call to the finalization of my move, I was in the best of hands.
