The team was courteous and polite. They need a little instruction on how to go over thresholds without jarring the items. We had some items left behind that we intended to move but the truck was full anyway. We had more to move than we realized and ran over the allotted time. We bad!

The first day, the 4 man term were terrible at packing some of our items. They were also terrible at packing the pods; One of the pods required partial repacking. The second 3 man team was much better than the first team, but; as a group that packs household goods, was not impressed. For the price that is charged; we didn't get what we paid for.

Wesley, Cody and Daniel were unflagging in their efforts to move our household carefully and quickly. All our belongings of a delicate nature were carefully wrapped and secured. The guys were friendly and made sure I was satisfied throughout the process. Despite the heavy loads they carried, they were careful to navigate our new home in such as way as to avoid any scuffs or scratches. In the eight hours it took, they never took a break to eat lunch or delay our moving process in any way. The office crew, Alyssa and Melinda were friendly and helpful. Neither of them missed a beat, even when I frequently changed my moving date and requested assorted estimates. Color me impressed!
