This was the first time Iandacirc;??ve had to hire a moving company. I couldnandacirc;??t have for a better experience. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Iandacirc;??ll be recommending Two Men and a Truck to all my friends.

The three young men had a great attitude and were easy to work with. The problems: the dining room table had damage due to tilting it back and forth on concrete while waiting for help taking it up the stairs. The washer was improperly hooked up, flooding the basement. The discharge hose was not connected therefore flooding the basement. Dryer vent connection was loose and had to be fixed.
I really enjoyed these guys but they rushed things and therefore took chances of damaging items.

I was given 3 different quotes by two different girls. What really upset me was when asked what kind of piano I had, I explained it would be heavier than most because it was a console/player. I stressed this fact with both girls (Katherine and a new girl) The haulers told me the order was for a spinet piano, which is considerably lighter than the one being moved. How could both girls get the order wrong. Perhaps they need a reminder of piano sizes and weight.
Eddie is worth his weight in gold. He was very personable and had to carry the load of Dillon. Dillon had not eaten breakfast and was getting sick from the heavy lifting. He took about 20 minutes to eat some snacks I had and recuperate.
Truck took extra time to go pick up Reggie to help unload. Reggie was an asset.

Great experience!! I will definitely use them again. Professional and friendly from the office to the delivery. Service was on time, they didnandacirc;??t bump a single doorway (first ever!!), had great communication and they even finished ahead of schedule saving me a few dollars!

We had two movers and a third in training. They all three worked hard, were careful with our property, and were gems when it was freezing rain and they were sliding up the sidewalk moving our items. They just kept working despite the cold and poor weather conditions. They were friendly and we were more than pleased with their service!

Very good experience. Only negative was they did not reconnect the dryer vent hose in new house. Usually this has been done in the past. That's minor. I would definitely use this company again...though I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon:)

The movers were an hour early without calling to tell me. They charged me for and hour and a half to move my piano and it did not take them that long. The office quoted me a different price than they emailed me and when I called them about it they were very rude making it sound like I was to blame. If we had been in a different situation I would have tried to find a different moving company but we were in a rush so I stayed with them. The men did a good job I just donandacirc;??t think they charged me according to real time service which was rough because they charged a lot to move my piano 20 miles to a storage unit. Not sure I will use them again. Maybe if the office had been more honest I would have looked around for a different moving service.
