The two guys that came were awesome! We offered them food but they said they were fine (my family always feeds our movers), but they did take some water (it was cold). They were so nice and got done quick.
Response
Thank you Fiona, you are very kind. Thank you for thinking of our movers with your food and water. We appreciate you being our customer and we wish you a great Summer. Please stay safe.

Our total experience w/Two Men and a Truck was awesome. Mark H and Dillon were courteous and professional. They were so helpful and enjoyable to work with. This is the first time we've used a moving company but will use your company again if needed and recommend Mark H and Dillon to everyone.
Thank you for making a non enjoyable task less stressful and easier.

Hello Robert and Mary Jo, as your first time using a moving company we appreciate you choosing Two Men and a Truck. There are several options out there but for a grade A experience there is only one and we are very happy that you are our customer. Mark and Dillon are great people and employees. Blessings to you both,

Dante and Kevin were amazing!! Super professional, helpful, friendly, and quick with moving a ton of our things. They even dissembled and reassembled our furniture for us and made sure to ask where I wanted items placed!! 10/10 recommend!!

The job was to move a 600 lb piano. I was told it was to be a 3 person job and probably should have taken 3 people but the 2 boys who showed up were very impressive both in physical strength and demeanor. Very polite and respectful! They just hit with it and moved the piano without damaging it or anything else. This was money well spent!
Response
Thank you Shane for your review and comments on the guys. We apologize that we did not earn your complete and 5 star satisfaction. We strive to make our customers happy and we are sorry we could not do that in your case. If there are any issues from your move day experience that we need to address that would have turned your 4 into a 5 please let us know. We have a very high satisfaction rating and any 4's bring us way down so we want to capitalize on this experience to learn and adjust so we can prevent more 4's. Again we do apologize and are sorry we let you down. We will always keep striving to satisfy our customers.
