overall the service was ok but not great.
We have moved mutiple times and this time our move was below average.
we eded up with damanged walls, we needed to put our beds together, we watched movers stand around. We have couch legs that are missing. Overall move was slower than our other moves and the quality was well below what we expected.

Office set contract for 2 trucks and crew of 5. Instead changed to one truck and over packed the one truck. Left ,6 lamps,four boxes,2 tv monitors,vases,pictures 6 surge protectors,pillows,zoommba.
Then would not send a van for remainder. Packed truck damaged leather living room sofa. Chase section has popped springs,back and covering torn off. All I asked them to do is leave plants for us.

My group of guys was great! They had 3 sets of stairs to go up and 3 very heavy pieces of antique (solid wood) furniture to carry, including a 250-300 pound 7-ft long wood couch!! They maneuvered the couch above railings and around tight corners to get it into the condo! They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend 2 Men and a Truck!!

I had holes in my mattress where they had pulled instead of lifted head and foot boards off of mattress. I have damage to the bottom of my flat-screen. They were 45 minutes late and I still got charged for their travel time. Luckily you guys sent this survey. I was going to post on social Media! Maybe you can fix it!?!?
