Dan has played a key role in our company’s success for many years. He began his journey as a mover, just like many of our current managers, and quickly established himself as one of our top customer service representatives nationwide before returning to operations. Now, he oversees the operations at our Woodbury location. Dan’s contributions to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® have been invaluable, and we’re excited to witness his continued growth as an exceptional leader!

Meet Dale, a dynamic member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team! At 26 years old, he brings energy and dedication to every task. Dale began his journey with the company over four years ago, starting out at the South Saint Paul location and quickly becoming an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, Dale embraces creativity in all its forms. Recently, he welcomed a beautiful daughter into the world. When not moving furniture or assisting customers, you can find him immersing himself in the vibrant local music scene as a talented artist in Minnesota. Whether it's through his music or the seamless coordination of a moving job, Dale is always dedicated to making a positive impact in his community.

Nick is the driving force behind TWO MEN AND A TRUCK's impressive expansion in the Twin Cities. From a humble two-truck operation in Burnsville, launched with his father Dave in 1999, he's steered the company to a 75-truck fleet across 11 locations. Nick's passion, trust-based approach, and innovative thinking are the cornerstones of this remarkable growth. When he's not leading the team, he enjoys golfing, relaxing up north, and spending quality time with his family.

Meet Dan, the other half of the senior director dynamic duo. We call him Dan the man! Dan is our Senior Director of Sales and Business Development and has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Twin Cities for over nineteen years. Dan oversees our customer service team and works with them to ensure all our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® customers are provided the best customer service from the beginning to the end of their move. Customer service is our number one priority in this business, and with Dan the man's help, we all do a pretty fantastic job!

This is Joe, the operational guru of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Joe started his career working on the trucks over 15 years ago at our Burnsville location. He worked his way up to a management position and is now senior director of operations and asset management. Joe loves coaching our team and helping them achieve their goals. He is a major reason why our moves continue to have such a stellar reputation. We love having him as one of our amazing leaders.

Introducing Sally, our exceptional Director of Marketing and Communications at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Her passion for marketing is matched only by her loyalty to our company. Sally, originally from Tennessee, rejoined us in Minnesota following a short hiatus from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. With a career spanning over seven years, including two valuable years with our Minnesota branch, Sally's dedication has been steadfast. When not immersed in her work, Sally enjoys creating memorable experiences with her husband and two delightful children, visiting relatives, and rooting for Tennessee football teams.

Meet Chad, our Director of Customer Experience! Chad has been with us for a while now, he started in the early 2000s back when we had one office in Burnsville. Chad has worn many hats—from sales and operations to marketing (yes, he even remembers the Yellow Pages!)

Chad is much more than just a mover; he's a true dynamo in every aspect of his life. He thrives on making meaningful connections and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Just ask about the time he braved a blizzard solo to assist a senior citizen with their move—nothing stops Chad from getting the job done.

Beyond his professional life, Chad is a dedicated dad to three kids, one of whom has even joined the company. He enjoys cooking delicious meals, immersing himself in music, and collecting vinyl records. His signature mohawk, a striking contrast to his graying hair, is a testament to his unique style.

Meet Tammie, our leader in the HR world. Not only does Tammie handle all the ins and outs of our employees, but she also is willing to help out anywhere she is needed. Tammie is a huge team player, and she has proven that since starting her position at the beginning of 2021. Tammie is always the first to wish you a happy birthday or work anniversary! We really don't know what we would do without her!

Say hello to Jeff! For the past 11 years (and counting!), Jeff has been an invaluable member of our team. He's responsible for all of our storage operations, overseeing five different locations – a testament to his dedication and organizational skills. Having worked in just about every position within the company, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Storage Manager. In his free time, Jeff enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with his two boys.

Meet Allie, part of our customer service team. Allie has been a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team since the summer of 2021, and she has been a huge part of our team ever since. Allie works with our customers every step of the way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and is ready for their moving day. We love having Allie on our team, and we look forward to watching her grow! When Allie is not helping customers move, she enjoys spending time with her 2 kids.

Jessica is another member of our customer service team. She helps our customers prepare for their moves, and gives them full confidence in our moving team. Our customer service reps understand that moving is stressful, and they want to ease the minds of our customers as much as possible. Jessica has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for less than a year, and she is already a shining star on our team. She is passionate about helping others, and we can hear that in every call she takes. We love having Jessica as a part of the team!
