I already submitted my personal experience to the Damage Claims office, but received no response - I do not feel this company is taking care of business as they should. Their response time is extremely slow on all avenues. I will look for another moving company in the future.

The moving team was reckless, resulting in damages to two door frames and a stairway railing, all of which could have been avoided if they had been more careful.

The move from a downtown apartment was tricky to maneuver, but your two guys were efficient, flexible, and very professional. We were so pleased with their performance. Matt was the lead mover. I'm sorry I don't remember the other mover's name but he was great. They worked well together.

This crew were great movers. The only move which was not good was the one before this. I wasn't happy with the men. This had never happened before .
