Overall the movers and office staff were awesome! Especially Charles at the Ramsey storage very superb and amazing! David one of the guys who did the move was also very efficient and helpful.
One thing though, most of my furniture screws and hardware were missing. Maybe have a better system to avoid loss of customer items. But the office worked well to resolve it.
Overall great experience!

We had scheduled a move between 11a and 2p.
We called when no one came by 2pm and no one called to tell us why. This was rude and we are mad at your office staff.

When the crew arrived at 2:30 pm they were very hard workers, pleasant, helpful and I would hire them again any time, any day.

All of your staff were very kind, understanding, and courteous. They didn't hesitate to ask for guidance when moving boxes or furniture. I had an absolutely awesome team!

The guys did an awesome job! Very friendly and forthright. They worked quickly and were done earlier than expected which saved me some cash which was a life saver.

10 stars out of 5! Two men and a truck arrived for an approximate 2-4 hour job. A 3rd man showed up to assist because his previous move ended early! We were moved in less than 2 hours! Such a great experience!

The crew and truck came on time when they said they would and looked to see what had to be done, and they went to it and did a very professional job of loading up the truck being careful doing so. plus taking down the beds. they worked very hard at it and seemed very friendly. when they got to other house to unload, first they asked where I wanted everything, and they did great.

Tyler and his crew were the best people ever, they were professional, courteous, kind, hardworking and INCREDIBLE! I cannot thank you enough.

Although very expensive, I was satisfied with the professional staff, especially the team that moved my belongings. The manager I spoke with did a great job accommodating a miscommunication, and the movers were just wonderful.
