The team did a great job. I was able to set up the whole thing online, complete with inventory, and received an accurate estimate. Office staff were very responsive to emails and questions. And then the moving team was awesome. They showed up on time, were great to work with, were super hard working, and had us moved in a matter of hours. The whole experience was smooth as silk.

It was really hot on our move date. The team was awesome and kept up a good attitude. They were super easy to communicate with and took great care of us and our stuff. Would recommend to anyone making a move.

The whole moving experience was very positive. Luke and I believe Grant were very professional. I appreciated the call ahead clarifying the time of arrival. They were efficient and polite and were done quicker than we anticipated. I would definitely recommend this company.

Furnitures not wrapped properly for storage. Crew did not know how to disassemble furnitures (custom made), management didn't not want to fully reimburse the amount cost to repair the lost hinges, sofa damage was blamed on storage - despite the fact that the damage side was because it was left on the floor without any protection. Spent a lot of money expecting great quality but was disappointed

Efficient movers, but poor communication, lost quotes, and surprise charges meant we donated furniture, rented our own truck, and still paid nearly the original price. We should have gone with another company.
