Overall we were pleased with the move. We did receive conflicting information on transporting liquids. Estimator, packers, movers were not on the same page. We would have done a few things differently. One packer packed up sealed bottles and another left them for us to pack.
One packer dumped packed bins/baskets of items into the box and another person set the baskets in the box, so we did not have to sort those items when unpacking. The estimator said the packers would take the wardrobe boxes back and the movers said they could not as they did not have room. There were a few broken items, coffee maker, glass tray. All replaceable. We wanted to pay with a credit card and the machine did not work so we had to use a check. We were satisfied with service.
All in all we were pleased.

Having moved both myself and my children several times, I think I have a little experience to compare with. I'm old enough I just didn't want to do all that lifting anymore. If I was to complain it would be because my shelving was damaged in the move and I haven't heard back about what is going to be done about it. In a way I'm surprised because everyone from office on down to the guys doing the moving were very courteous and efficient. Would definitely call if I have to move again.

The move was made easier by the helpfulness of the moving team. Everything went smoothly. Thanks.

The moving team were exceptional. Very careful, very efficient, very pleasant and responsive to any questions or concerns. Very nice young men.

Very good service from every employee that I came into contact with. I will definitely use again.

The guys were wonderful they did over and above the job. I will certainly recommend you to anyone who is moving. Thank you all so much. The boys need a raise.

This was my first experience getting help for moving to a new place. I was very happy with the service and the fact my back is in one piece and not sore after the move. Thanks

We had 4 guys. They were fun, polite, very professional

With a 6 month old, I needed extra helps getting packed and moved! The guys were great, super helpful with packing, and moved everything faster than I thought possible!

For using this company for the first time I was very pleased at the availability, cost and professionalism. I would definitely use them again for moving heavy items.
