The movers were great, however, I probably won’t use this service again because Paying by the hour disincentives timely work. Moving one couch cost me over $120. A door was taken off that, in the end, did not need to be taken off which also costs money.

I would guess that I paid at least $230-$300 dollars for things taking longer than necessary.

Everything with the move went great!! Super helpful even when I was indecisive for where things go!! They also had to put up with my dad's weird jokes and took them well. hahah. Will definitely use this company again for my next move!

Washington and his team were great! It was their second move of the day and 90 degrees outside. They moved until 6pm on a Friday with no complaints!

You sent three very exceptional men to assist with my move. They were beyond my expectations. Courteous, hard working, thoughtful, kind to name a few. They always made sure I had a chair available both at the house and at the apartment. They always asked if things were exactly where I wanted them. This was truly a “WOW” experience

The overall move was ok, but my son who was the one moving was asked by the movers “If you want to help it will be cheaper”.
That is not right! One of the movers had sandals on. They couldn’t give us a receipt because their IPad wasn’t working and when the called with the total, we couldn’t use the Credit Card we wanted to because they said they couldn’t change it.

Everything did not fit in my truck. I was quoted and amount of 1/3 total bid to send the rest of my items that did not fit in truck. Driver told me this type of situation is normally covered under original bid.

Many items were damaged, pics taken, and i have not been contacted yet for remedy. Very dissatisfied to date and looking for solutions, but not contact from company yet. Todd

Matt, Matt and Ben were awesome. They were polite, and very efficient. I was more than impressed. You are lucky to have such great guys working for you.
