The driver disappeared and a supervisor showed up because they were taking so long for a no furniture move just beds! They told us to put beds together to save time and it dropped on my foot causing me injury! This was an excruciating experience! Beds were never finished we did it ourselves after they left! We found the support legs hidden up on the highest shelf in the closet! When they were moving us out they left a mattress in front of the elevator and the manager blamed us so I will probably lose my deposit! Insult to injury! The dining room table we took apart and reassembled! They left us in a mess! And we should be paid for this move!!

Hi! This is the first experience I had with using Two Men and A Truck. I often saw them at The Glenn in Minnetonka, MN where my father lives. Everybody recommended them to me.

Arrived on time. Worked well together. Efficient. Packed things securely and safely. Did seem rushed to me
Only one problem: somehow my purse got packed in a box and loaded into the truck. The truck left and I did not have my purse which had vehicle keys-phone-information-etc in it. Contacting anyone to talk to live was not an option so tracking down the movers and truck had to be done by someone driving to the delivery address to get my purse from the delivery truck and bring it back to be.

Prompt efficient service on the phone. Prompt efficient service by the delivery men(2). We were satisfied with the whole task. Two Men and a Truck were also able to give us this service as a charitable donation which was great. As most of our members are 70plus, we weren't able to get it moved on our own. Thank you!

The only complaint I have is the section on the for asking for a tip. The workers by no means were not assertive about a tip. They did a great job all around. I just didnt like having to decline or being asked about a tip.
