Everything was ok until they broke the leg on a buffet. They turned the piece upside down, so it wasn’t obvious that any damage was done other than a crack.

Overall: good value for the price. Convenient & local.
Background: We did all the boxing and most of the dismantling ourselves. We could have used more direction on what to prepare for (received winter newsletter for a May move). Also, we could have saved time by dismantling the IKEA daybed in advance.
Moving out: Movers were helpful & courteous. However, they did smoke in the van with our belongings mid-way through packing. They also did take the mattress bag (we went out and bought that morning) off our king size bed & didn't put it back on (thus, damage). Also, although we were quoted to 106%, I felt they could have fit more. Also, they let us know they damaged one of the furniture pieces.
Moving in: Kind, efficient movers (1:45 time to unload). They took direction well.

Your guys misplaced a vacuum. Outside of that it was ok

Very difficult to describe. All were pleasant and interactions were good. Important items were broken. MOST boxes were placed on the wrong floor making move in awful. Shocked by the inappropriate boxing and placement. Management's response was excellent. After previous great experiences with this company, this was shocking and disappointing experience

We had less items moving this time than our previous move with 2men and it took an hour longer to load the truck. My husband gave the team his # as the point person when they arrived at the house as he was the one present (as I told them he would be). They took off for the other house and said they would have lunch. He saw them out front (assumed it was lunch break) and then they left. They only tried calling me, they did not call him as he told them to, and they did not knock at the new house, so we lost nearly an hour of them just driving around. They didn't take everything that was supposed to be moved, including only 1/2 the crib. They also damaged several pieces of furniture, including one that was not padded or wrapped in anyway. We were very disappointed and will not rec.

The move was "almost" excellent. Packing was very disappointing. Box labels were totally useless/all glass was called glass, not kitchen, not ornamental. Wardrobes were HORRIBLY packed, clothes were crushed; one wardrobe was placed upside down and all the clothes fell off the rod and were at the bottom of the box. I would never recommend your packing service. We have had multiple moves with you, and the moves themselves were great. This horrible packing is making it awful for us to find things. We had a LARGE move and MANY boxes, and I am very disappointed. I will be contacting you about this and about a small damage to the home we just moved out of.

The movers were polite and everything went fine up to the point of the couch being placed in my apartment. The mover placed it in front of the bedroom door so I asked him to move it toward the wall which he did. And it caused a long scratch in the vinyl plank flooring. It was reported and later the claims person contacted me to state the mover claimed I had moved it causing the scratch. This is now between Two Men and the apartment management. Disappointed that I tipped these guys after this happened then the mover claimed I did the damage. :(

The team was friendly, on time, were being careful, however they did damage a corner wall spot on the half wall stairway wall. It happen so fast. That’s why there were “Good” in some columns. Thank you !

Your office team was excellent and incredibly responsive. The moving crew was timely and courteous. They were not as careful as I would have liked. They moved certain fragile items before wrapping them and did drop a box which broke many items. The TV cabinet ended up with some dings right on the front which I think could have been avoided by wrapping it before they put it in the truck. I would still use them because the initial service and follow up has been great and these things happen.

It was really icy and rainy and the guys did a great job. Very polite as well.
