Damaged furniture and no response from company after 3 attempts to reach them!! Very poor customer relations!!!

I had a great experience with my moving team. They were absolutely perfect. The office staff was pretty unresponsive, but when I was able to talk to them they were very helpful--just do not answer the phone or return calls.

Cody Lee and Anthony were courteous, efficient, and fun to work with!

The guys I had were careful, quick and clean. The only thing is the pricing is a bit goofy where you're kinda at their mercy on how they bill the travel to you and back to their shop. I would be more satisfied with the travel labor charge if they went by google.
