Our move got delayed 3 days due to weather. And then On the day of the move, the movers were suppose to be to our place at 8am and then didn’t get there unti 1:30pm on Sunday. Unable to call the office or reach the movers regarding status and timing. Didn’t get an updated time until about 12:30pm that day. Communication was poor on the moving day.

I don’t know if I would use Two Men and a Truck again due to their poor communication with us regarding our move. I understand that the weather wasn’t in their control — but Sunday morning we deserved some ore communication. I expect to be compensated for the delay.

I have seen Two Men and a Truck many times in our area. I knew their location was not far from the move site so travel expense would be less. One person did refer me to them. I compared Two Men and a Truck to one other local mover, both on line and phone conversation. What I liked best was your website with in depth examination of my needs. Talking to the rep immediately went further for me to know your abilities, my costs and gave me confidence the move had a good chance of minimal surprises for everyone. The final cost was within the estimate. The attitude and ability of the movers was excellent. My move came on a -5 degree day after a 10 inch snow storm! This did not discourage them at all! Our 4 movers were most helpful & courteous. Would have Taylor,Tommy,Marcus & Devon anytime. All 4 are excellent.

The four Guy's sent were courteous, thoughtful, more than helpful, & always kept moving. Offered to help place furniture 2 or 3 times until it's final location was perfect. The weather was very cold, with slippery surfaces and not one complaint. The focus on the job at hand was tremendous. I will certainly use Two Men & A Truck when it is time to move again.
From office to movers there was never a surprise, they kept us well informed.

The team worked together really well. They had knowledge of knowing which items to pack first, and made the best of the time. They were courteous and upon delivery, allowed me time to decide to where to place the furniture. They made what could have been a very high stress situation into a very low key experience. A great job and a great team that works well together.

John and DJ were professional, worked hard and handled our furniture and personal items with great care.

Services were exactly as explained; no surprises. The 2 guys who completed the move, Nick and Ephraim, were friendly, careful and efficient.

The guys did a fantastic job with both the move-out and move-in. They were very thorough and took great care of our stuff!
