My only complaint with the move was the fifth-wheel trailer instead of a regular moving truck. Getting into the storage facility took a lot longer with the trailer.

Moving team did not applied carpet shield upon entering home. They rushed into my home and left dirty shoes print on my carpet. I proceeded to tell them to take off their shoes because they were getting my carpet dirty. 2 of the movers refused to take their shoes off even though they didn’t roll out carpet shields. They called the supervisor at the office that they won’t work because I asked them to take off their shoes.
I have used Two Men and a truck in the past and I have been satisfied with the service. The first thing that the movers did in the past was to immediately rolled out the carpet shield upon entering the home which didn’t happen this time. I almost canceled the service for the day because the movers were arguing with me. They were not polite, except for the lead.

Everyone from the office person who contracted the move to the movers themselves were exceptional!

The weather was nasty yet the guys had great attitudes during my move. I didn’t have a large amount of stuff but they treated my things with the utmost of care. They get two thumbs up! I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing to utilize them for a local moving situation.

Mike and Shawn were awesome! Didn't complain about my oversized deep freezer that was filled with half a cow. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Took great care of my stuff like it was their own. Would use them again only if they were the two men! Dan was also great helping me setup everything prior to the move and listened to all my millions of questions without making me feel like a bother.
