The two movers we had stole $2600 cash from my purse. A police report has been filed. This has been a devastating experience.

The crew showed up on time. When backing into the driveway the gouged the pavement with approximately 12" scar. Later when they left they added another gouge to the driveway. Luke, their boss/dispatcher called to alert us repairs would be done in a week which is two days from now.

We are still waiting for a call back from Jeff and a check for damages.

Overall good experience. A lot less damage in transit would have happened if the items were loaded correctly with proper padding. Just plain oversight of not looking and padding properly. Lots of rubbing, scratching and gouging of furniture. Will need extensive repairs and restoration.

I was happy with the service but could not say excellent on all areas because I had a gouge on my desk.

Our estate sales company referred you. We needed our lower level furniture moved to the garage for an estate/moving sale the next day. The movers were constantly bickering about how to get the furniture upstairs. Several pieces had nicks on them after moving. One of the pieces had a huge chunk taken out of it because they hit the wall and damaged the wall on two sides. Then the movers almost got into a fist fight about it. Very unprofessional. Because of timing, we had to fix the wall ourselves and the furniture piece could not be sold because of the damage (a $200 loss to us). Your extra $60 to cover damage is a joke; it covered NOTHING! The estate sales company will no longer refer you either.

Movers damaged kitchen table, walls and seemed very inexperienced. Got frustrated with each other as they tried to navigate stairs or door. Often heard “What are you doing, put it down.” They were a bit physically challenged for larger furniture, dressers, king mattress, and china cabinet. I was told someone would be out to fix damages in 2 days. Received a phone call about damage but was told main person was on vacation that does repairs. Would find someone else and I should get a call back tomorrow to schedule time. That was a week ago and did not get call. I called and talked to Chad yesterday 8/29 and he is looking into the situation. I believe the kitchen table is not repairable... Thankfully I paid for extra insurance coverage.

Very happy with the move. I'm sorry there money was stolen out of there truck while they were moving I hope the company reimburse them I can check with my insurance to.

Move was quick and efficient, however we discovered a spot of grease on the on the sofa. Don't know if it will come out. Hope the extra insurance we bought from them covers it.

We had Jay, Neil, Reggie and John as our moving crew and they were fantastic. They explained everything as they went. All the furniture was wrapped/protected before it was moved. There were ALOT of boxes to move from a storage area and they didn't run away when I showed them the task! All of them were very friendly and competent in their jobs during the entire time and it was quite warm the day of the move. There was one item that was damaged in the move and it was replaced within just a couple days and delivered to my parents new apt. I would HIGHLY recommend Two Men and a Truck!
