I had them move one valuable item to my father in a local move. The movers did not secure it properly and it broke in pieces, it is unusable. They offered me $94 OR the refund. (The item is worth $500) we are asking for both but haven’t heard back. I’ll be taking my story to reviews and social media. That’s the only power I have in this mess.

Great guys took care with my senior Mom. Had to really go far unloading at new senior assisted living facility.

We did have a box of smashed glass items that were all packed in moving paper surprised us, but nothing valuable.

I am waiting to hear from the company regarding damage to a piece of furniture, other than that the guys did a great job.

You guys scratched my hardwood floors, ripped my mattress, sent boys to do a man job

The movers did not care for my personal property as I would have. I paid for this service because I had recently bought quality expensive furniture and wanted it moved carefully. This was not the case. One mover smelled like marijuana, they did not protect the edges of my furniture when moving through tight doorways, and did not take the legs off my sofa/chair, causing further damage. They did one man lifts on two man lift furniture. My leather sofa and chair were damaged badly, and a leg was ripped off my entertainment stand. I often witnessed them dropping my belongings when they were a few inches off the ground and ramming large furniture through doorways causing extensive damage to the walls and doorways. I am waiting to be contacted to see how this will be compensated.

I recently had my wood floors refinished so i needed all my furniture and appliances moved into my garage. The company that moved my fridge out did it in 5 minutes with no damage to my walls or floors. It took your movers 45 minutes with extensive damage to my new floors, molding and walls. As they were trying to take the doors off, i finally had to instruct them how to move it in. Very frustrating

I used 2 Men and a truck in the past, they did some damages to my furniture which it took them ages to send somebody and fix them. Again this time, they damaged 2 frame doors and the entire wall going down to the basement!! Keep calling them to check on when they are sending somebody to fix the damages... All what I hear is promises!! Your service is less than a STAR!!! I am really disappointed and I will never use your services again.

Our sectional has a large rip that was hidden by boxes by the movers. We discovered it today. There’s a 1 inch rip and a jagged piece of metal exposed on the corner. Extremely upset and disappointed it was hidden. This was 1 year old $3,000 sectional. What are you going to do about it?

Autumn at the office was great very knowledgeable and professional. The moving team were very nice and appeared to do a good job but after they left I noticed a gouge in my wall, a tear in one of my couches, a desk was completely broken, and we are missing a bottle of medication. Nobody mentioned any of these things to me and I am sure they noticed them, especially the desk, it was very obvious how badly it was broken. I called the office and sent photos but was never contacted after that. Very dissatisfied.

2 of the guys had headphones in. One was on the phone having a conversation while working. They also damaged a door and then tried saying it was there already. Only went with this company because they were available the day I needed to move out. The guys didnt listen to us either about where the boxes should go. They just dropped it where they wanted.
