What a superb experience! It started with Amanda on the phone helping me get organized to the actual heavy lifters, Chris and Jason. They were so careful and respectful, more so than I would have been personally with my stuff. To top it off, the actual cost came lower than the bid. That NEVER happens! I highly recommend this company.

When I called I was told there was an appointment available from 10-11. No one had called or arrived by 10:30 so I called the office...they called me back and told me that the guys would not arrive until 11:45 due to personal issues. My time is precious and I think a call to reschedule would have been appropriate. As it turned out my husband came home just in time for me to leave and for the movers to arrive. They also tried to charge me $30 for service I did not ask for. The person on the phone told me they accepted all major credit cards for payment. They didn’t accept my AMEX card. I think the scheduling person did
A poor job explaining the quoting process or maybe they just like to take advantage of people. Either way, I don’t plan to use them again.
