Both men were polite, sociable, and respectful of my belongings. Very friendly, very helpful.

We were really disappointed with our moving service as we've had great experiences in the past with your company. The crew that arrived were 45 minutes later than expected and took several breaks to vape while watching my father and I move. They then left at earlier than we booked to leave for another job but ended up sitting in front our house eating lunch. We would like a refund if possible.

All interactions with the company was of a professional service,
follow up at every action was incredible and personal.

I appreciated that the office team was willing to reschedule quickly when we had to postpone due to a family funeral. I also appreciated the text messages and emails reminding me of the upcoming dates and times of the move. The moving team - D’Angelo, Carter, and Victor - were prompt, worked hard, and made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left. I would use 2 Men & A Truck again!

This is the best customer service I have received from a company in a long time. From Kristen that answered the phone to Dylan‘s quick response in my estimate and answering my questions to the three gentlemen, Blaine, Carter, Kaymen that loaded the truck! Their sense of urgency and Care goes above and beyond. I just can’t say enough about how great a job they all did.

On time, efficient, positive energy, polite.
Office sent boxes but crew was not advised to pack up kitchen.
I scrambled to do it while they moved other items.
A dresser bottom broke but it was older and they advised me immediately.
Overall a fair price for the service I received.
I would recommend this crew.

Thank you. The team was terrific. They called ahead within the window that was planned. Arrived on time. Worked steadily, hard, and as a team. Were polite and thoughtful about things like placement, and making sure everything looked good. We appreciate the help and will call again...the next time we rearrange the house!
