The two gentlemen gave up and would not help facilitating the removal of the door to get my belongings into the basement. Only about 1/2 of my items were actually moved. I’ve never had such a poor experience with your company.

It was great to have someone willing to do what many consider a "small" job not worth their time! Steve and Kerri were very professional and polite and were quick to agree to a small "add-on" to the work order. It seemed an expensive way to donate an article to a resale store, but how else was I going to deliver a queen-size sleeper?? Thanks for your help and for coming so quickly!
