Derrick, Nick and Octavia did an OUTSTANDING EXCELLENT job! Derrick expressed his concern about our valuables being broken. He suggested that we unload our first load to our new home and come back for the second load. Nick and Octavia were very helpful as well. Ten out of10. Pay raises, hint, hint!!

Our moving team was wonderful! They were efficient, kind, flexible, and patient. When we changed our minds about where we wanted a couple pieces of furniture, they didn’t bat an eye and happily moved them to an alternate location. They listened carefully and remembered where specific items were supposed to go in the new house. Thank you so much to Byron and his team!

My August 26 move in Plymouth, MI, was very unpleasant.
-The movers took photos of my home despite my request not to.
-refused to remove their shoes, left mud, and did not clean it afterward.
-mishandled my $17K power plant, causing damage,
-The bed was assembled incorrectly, and the chair and bed parts were taken, and only offered to be returned after asking.

Following our internal review, our management team reached out to address the issues you raised and offered compensation as a resolution. Unfortunately, that offer was declined.
We also want to note that our team made efforts to resolve all concerns directly, including addressing damaged or misplaced items. While we regret that your experience did not meet expectations, we did attempt to work toward a fair outcome and were disappointed that a chargeback was pursued instead of resolution through our claims process.

The 4 man crew was fantastic. The care they showed for all the furniture was exceptional. Even the heaviest of the pieces were handled with ease by them. The front office made a complicated multi-house move seem simple. There's a reason they have been around for so long, which is quality service.

The movers were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. What should have been a 4-hour move ended up taking over 10 hours, even with the help of four men. I also paid much more than I was originally quoted. Nothing additional was added to the move beyond the original inventory, so I was very disappointed with how long it took and the unexpected cost.
