There were broken items: picture frame, curio glass shelf, tall kitchen glass. Items dumped on the couch. Closets are jam packed and have unpacked wardrobes in them too, doors barely open because they're off their track now. Nothing wrong with anything before they arrived in our new apartment. Forgot shower curtain rings and tops to pots and pans. Things placed wrong. Resolve this please for us

The men are very polite. Even when a shelf was accidentally damaged they showed it to me and apologized. I couldn't have asked for a better crew.
Response
Thank you for your kind words, Marjorie! It is always our goal to exceed your expectations, and even though there was a small damage, I am glad that we were still able to "WOW" you.
