Service was awesome at every level. This was not my first time using from the Livonia location. Always receive excellent service. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

My team was on time and professional in every way. I will definbuteky use Two Men and a Truck for my next move. Historically I have been a companion shopper . That will not be the case when selecting the company for my next move. When a service provides me with quality service done on time, efficiently and with no damage I don't comparison shop. I believe a satisfied customer is a return customer

The boys were fast, and they wrapped the stuff that needed to be wrapped - but they were young, and just wanted to get the job done as it was terribly hot. They stacked things a little to high and boxes fell off the top on the dolly and they piled things where they were not gonna be supported in the truck- things broke. Some things that should not have broken if properly stored right in the truck.
Response
Thank you for your review Karen! As a management team we will utilize your feedback for future trainings and refreshers. We hope you are getting settled well!
