Great job, great guys - fast, careful and very pleasant

The only reason I did not give an excellent rating on the above is because I was not notified that one of my steps going upstairs to the bedrooms and full bath was cracked and that two legs of my love seat were missing. However, when I reached out to your customer service team, they were very, very helpful and will reimburse me for getting the stair repaired and my sofa legs replaced. With that being said, I was very pleased with my experience with your company, and will certainly reach out to you again if I ever need your service.

When a free baby grand piano became available on Facebook Marketplace I needed to move quickly and assure the person I could get it picked up immediately so as to avoid losing it as it was being given away on a first-come, first-serve basis. Two men and a truck were efficient and effective and the piano was moved within 24 hours
