I was initially happy with this move. It was a large move, 2 trucks 5-6 guys, 2 trips. However, I had the guys unload all the boxes into my garage to save time and money. Now going through the boxes I am finding many of my boxes MARKED fragile glass are sitting under 2-3 heavy boxes. At this point I don't know how much if any of the fragile items are broken. I was surprised to find this as I thought they would pay more attention to what they were doing. Maybe I should have done a better job pointing out the fragile boxes. Didn't think I had to.

The two young men, who came to move our goods, were excellent. They were polite and charming. They made the move easy, with no incident.

The only issue we had was they were there late and went to lunch while all of stuff was in the truck. Suggestion perhaps bring a lunch in a cooler if doing a whole house. I had no time to inventory every piece of furniture for a more accurate count as I was told I had to agree to time in a few minutes or they could not accommodate us. Also it was not explained to us that a bed as is considered separate pieces. Otherwise all went well.

This was a sensitive family situation with lots of moving parts and personalities. The guys were very understanding and adjusted the move to fit the changes we made on the fly. Really appreciated these guys, they made a hard time smooth.

I was happy but they promised me a 10% discount because the packers were not able to come the weekend before my move, but I never got the 10% discount. I've been trying to follow up with the office contact, but they have not gotten back to me.

Service was excellent, not inexpensive but good experience.

All of the movers were very friendly and helpful, they even helped us with the placement of our funriture when we were not sure where to put it. The moving was fantastic.

From my first call and speaking with Lori in the office to the crew that moved the piano, it was a professional move and I was 100% satisfied. Lori worked with our situation to help us with the pricing. Her genuine concern for the customer is something you don't see in the business world and her attitude was a breath of "fresh air". The crew was very professional being concerned not to damage the piano and the surroundings they had to move around. The mannerism of the team was that of respect and politeness. Started with the call for an estimate. Ashley was very courteous. She was within 15 minutes of the time moving crew used to relocate me. That's pretty impressive. She was very polite. The moving crew did an amazing job. Anything I needed moved they were on it. They were very trusting and I could not ask for a better crew. I am very picky and the crew is very hard working and I feel that should be recognized. Thank you for everything Two Men and a Truck Staff.
