My only issue was that the truck arrived about 1.5 hours later than planned. I called the office after waiting a while and was told that the drivers have a safety meeting every Thursday morning and wouldn't be released until 9:30 a.m. The pre planned pick up time agreed upon was 8:30 a.m. The truck arrived about 10:00 a.m. I was not called and notified of the delay. Fortunately it did not cause major issue, but a courtesy call would have been nice. Otherwise, everything was great. The drivers we're very friendly and did a great job.

The movers were careful with my items and were pleasant to work with. They took extra care to wipe water off of the furniture due to the rain. I couldn't be more pleased and will use them again.
