Very happy with the job the moving team did for us.

Frank and Brian did a supper job, on schedule for the load in Michigan, did not waste time loading got to Indiana fine and unloaded in very good time.

The only question I though the rate was on actual weight where the truck would be weighed empty and then loaded.

The office staff was courteous and professional, as well as friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the movers.

Dorrin, Brian, and Marcus were fantastic as a moving team. Lori in the office was outstanding as well. This was a difficult move for me and they made it infinitely easier.

Short notice same day move. Office staff made no promises but assured me they would try their best to get me moved the same day. Since I was not living in the area I was hopeful. Got a call later that afternoon saying a crew was available and we were in business.

Although I am overall satisfied with the service I received there were a few minor kinks. All the movers were very nice and had positive attitudes, one was presumably new. He needed just a little more practice performing certain tasks. For example, he had trouble setting the dolly down with the dresser my father in law made and it resulted in a large scratch in the hardwood floor. No one was hurt and the dresser is perfectly fine, it was just disappointing. I am still happy with the experience and I would recommend them to a friend. If that was the only hitch with all the furniture they moved then that is really good.
