My sister and I contracted with your firm for a local, residential move. Due to the sheer volume of our combined possessions, a total of 6 men and 3 trucks were required. Those 6 men were Zach, Darrick, Mike, Bobby, Ryan and Drake. All of them were professional in appearance and polite in their interactions with us. They exhibited an excellent work ethic and a friendly, teamwork mentality throughout the entire, 12 hour process. My workshop storage units were particularly problematic, along with 3 roll-around, tool carts; yet despite the lack of a liftgate-equipped truck, they miraculously managed to both load and unload these behemoths without injury to themselves or damage to our property. I would whole-heartedly and without reservation recommend the Holland-based team.

Overall we were satisfied without moving experience. There seemed to be some confusion every time I called the office as to my account and our move. They weren’t always able to give me the information I needed. The estimate went very well via FaceTime. The movers were excellent!!! Moved so fast and took great care of our stuff. They had great attitudes as well. Overall I would recommend this company

Great customer service. They were very careful with my furniture, would highly reccomend them.

Your movers nicked and gouged our stairwell. I received a call from a manager who said someone would be calling about scheduling an appointment to fix the gouges. No call as of yet and that was over a week ago.

Until this is resolved, I really can't rate your service.

The move was done in record time and the two men were very polite and stayed on task. Great experience!

I had used them once before and was happy with them. They are very helpful and
are careful with the furniture and things. They were nice and friendly. Nice personalities.

This will be the 2nd time I have completed this. The communication was pretty bad. There were multiple things I was told they "couldn't take" the day of the move when it was too late for me to do anything about...none of these had been mentioned at the walk thru (i.e. PC - unless I had orig box; rack that holds pool sticks - unless someone else took it down; plants - had been told if I sign liability waiver, they could go, etc.). Communication regarding timing of the whole move was all over the board....I had been told load Friday & when they arrived Thurs to pack, they said trucks were on their way. Worst was some things "hadn't fit on the truck", so they were simply left behind for me to discover after trucks pulled away. When I called I was told that I could rent a Haul.

Two Men and a Trjck exceeded my expectations. The team of “Mike and Mike” was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They wasted no time in packing and protecting my items with great care and respect, even though the move was just around the corner. Being a retired military veteran and having moved across the globe countless times, Two Men and a Truck has my highest recommendation.

This move was not positive at all. When I received the quote I told them I had a few more things and it never got relayed to the team. The moving team was two hours late and then told me that I "had more stuff than I said" and would charge me twice as much or leave my stuff there. Then they left multiple items at the house and told me I had to pick them up later Then when they got to the storage unit it was dark and I needed to store things in the truck for four days. I noticed that multiple items weren't wrapped and while David the GM tried to help it was an overall very negative experience. Steve

Mike, Bobby and Ryan are excellent at what they do but more importantly they are great individuals and a significant asset to your company. They were extremely pleasant and a joy to be involved with during our move. They went beyond what was expected and enjoyed what they were doing. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and especially the three of them. They are a great team together!
