Overall I was satisfied with my experience. I wasn’t too impressed with the estimated arrival time. The guys were almost an hour past the deadline, and unresponsive. Also didn’t appreciate them not wearing masks when entering my residence. But the office team was very nice and helpful with the concerns I had. I would recommend mask wearing and better communication between office and moving staff.

Very professional staff when I called in and also very friendly and professional movers.
Movers should have had face mask on going into peoples houses. It would make customers feel more comfortable.

The professionalism of Two Men and a Truck started with Jeff in the Charlottesville, VA, office who provided information and a quote for our cross-state move from Lynchburg, VA, to Cleveland. The Michigan-based team of movers, Kaleb and Trevor, were very professional, careful, courteous and efficient both on the loading and unloading sides. They were on-time and communicated clearly.

We had a lot of heavy and expensive items to be moved 1200 miles. Most movers are only interested in a complete package of packaging, loading and transport. Two men and a truck were excellent. They were very careful and know how to work unsupervised. Can't believe it was so easy. Thanks so much.

I really enjoyed working with Brett, Noah & Ryan. They were very friendly and personable yet fast and professional. My move involved multiple stops and even removal of some old furniture from the last stop to make room for the pieces being delivered there. They had no complaints and really appeared to enjoy working with each other. When the workers get along it always is more pleasant.
