Workers were effective and careful with our items. There was one broken glass jar full of marinara sauce that made a mess in one box. There was also one awkward comment about tipping from among your laborers (not the team leader).

Moving an apartment over one building shouldn't have taken 7.5 hours! Especially when we didn't have the usual amount of furniture. The moving crew complained the entire time. One had a headache, then he didn't feel well, then they both complained they were tired. They complained the boxes were too heavy, that I had "too many books" (there were 12 book (file) boxes). Customer service was great but the moving team was terrible. Almost 90% of my furniture was damaged because they failed to use the provided furniture pads. They placed furniture against the walls of the truck without padding so everything had rub marks. Three pieces of furniture had deep gouges in the wood where they say something on the furniture again without padding. Will not use again

Our moving team: Nate Z, Brandon T, Matt E, and Ben G were terrific all-around! They exceeded our expectations because of their carefulness, concern, and politeness.
We also appreciate the office team for their estimated price range which matched the final cost - at the low end. Their calls the day before, day of, and day after our move were totally unexpected, but appreciated!

The movers did not have any of the right tools to disassemble the larger furniture--using a small screw driver--took way to long! This added at least an hour to the total time! There was a large scrape put in a chair ledge of the condo I was moving out of by a piece of furniture they were moving. The movers nicked the wall in my new home with furniture. There was a huge billing mistake made.
