Overall the movers were good. But, at the new house mud was tracked onto brand new carpet in a bedroom and up and down the stairs. We have been able to clean the carpet so the mud is not very noticeable; nonetheless, this was irritating. Additionally, I made the mistake of leaving some personal belongs of sentimental value out and one went missing during the move; still missing 2 weeks later.

The office staff was very helpful in getting me all set set-up to move, even though I only gave them a few days notice. The two men that did the actual move were great. They were polite and hustled every step of the way, despite my move not being the first of the day. I would 100% use Two Men and a Truck again for my next move.

All went well. Only critique is the door always left open. Movers should remind clients that all pets should be safely secured because there will be periods when the residence will be left open for moving purposes. If it isn’t necessary to leave the door open then please close it. I knew this ahead of time from past so I manned the door though above was never communicated to me. Hope this helps.

We were happy that our window got moved up and we were done earlier than expected.
Our team was knowledgeable, listened well, and knew their rules. We had a lawnmower that still had a bit of gas...and they were steadfast in not allowing it on the truck. We respected that safety issue. They communicated with each other in stepping off the ramps and got along well. All in all, a great experience.
