Sadly, this was not a good experience for me. On the plus side, they showed up on time, didn't break anything, were courteous, friendly and clean. On the bad side, they went over the estimate by 4 hours and required 2 trips to deliver my property. They started at 8:30 am and didn't deliver the first load until 6:30 pm that day. The new location was 5 miles away. We didn't finish unloading the second load until 11:45 pm. There was none of the speed I have seen when I used this company in the past. My mother and I even moved 6 car loads ourselves. Since I was paying an hourly rate, I really expected to see some urgency and was sadly disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not use this service for an hourly rate in the future.

Very satisfied, will use again on our next move. Only problem was truck was backed into drive and front wheel went off the blacktop and tore up the grass. New owner can deal with that. Shouldnt be a big deal.

Eric and Corey did an outstanding job, they were so kind and courteous and met all of our needs. They made this very stressful time much easier to deal with. They were so strong! They did not complain about the hard work. I would like to share some examples of when they went about and beyond. We had ordered wardrobe boxes, they did not just bring them in and set them down they offered to put them together if I did not know how. All the chairs had been moved out of the house and I mentioned I need to sit down, without hesitation they offered to go back out to the truck and get me a folding chair. I was having a moment saying good bye to all the memories in our home and they both said you take all the time you need. Your office team and these 2 guys made this move amazing. Blesssings

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and hard work ethic.I was definitely impressed by one of the workers by the name of Tim.His customer service is exceptional.Very pleasant,respectful,hard working.He went above and beyond.He made me feel like my family's move was the most important thing in his life at that time.I can't say enough about Tim and because of him I will recommend two men and a truck to everyone.Thank you for making a stressful situation calm and non stressful.

My new neighbors moved in using 2 Men and a Truck and I called your company and was impressed with the quote and office staff. I did the packing and bought some boxes but most boxes came from my neighbors. Everyone was great answering questions. The young men were very polite and very fast. i furnished bottled water for them told them to help themselves and they still asked for the water. i will be calling again when I need to get my items out of storage. Thank You so much

I've had good experiences with TMAAT before. Two months ago I had the great misfortune to use a local company and ended up reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for inappropriate conversations, fraudulent charges and damage to my furniture. Thank you for clearing my mind of that bad experience. I will be needing to move the items from my storage units to New Orleans area within the year and plan to book TMAAT again!
