Movers were fantastic. All staff were very professional and courteous. However, I only received an estimate for packing services, and not for MOVING services. In fairness, I didn't look very carefully at the estimate, and if I would have looked more carefully, I would have seen that it was only for packing. But I had made it clear to the sales rep (Bailey) that I wanted estimates for BOTH services, and I'm pretty sure I only got packing estimate. This meant that I was surprised to find out that the final cost was more than double what I was expecting. I probably would still have paid it, but it was not a welcome surprise. It would be good policy to send along TOTAL estimate anytime you're sending any estimate.

fantastic moving team. Dominic and team was great. Are only issue is our stairs and hallway in the basement are filthy. We will need to get them cleaned as we are trying to sell the house.
