The two movers were wonderful. They took great care of the piano, and were very kind and respectful.
My complaint isabout the timing. We were given a 12:00-2:00 window, but the movers didn’t show until close to 3:00. I realize this is not their fault, but we changed work schedules, etc., and it ended up being an entire afternoon , just to move one piano.

The team that came were courteous and efficient! We were moving from an upstairs to downstairs apt. Was very thankful to find professional help with what they might consider a "smaller" job. We couldn't have done it without them! From the initial contact through completion, it was a great experience!
