Movers were great! Very accommodating, communicative, polite, careful, fast. Give them a raise. I had a hard time communicating with the office staff. Instead of sending me a quote that I requested, they sent me a survey to fill out about their service. After bringing that to their attention, I then had two separate people trying to communicate with me on quotes and scheduling. I didn’t know which one I needed to work with. Once I finally received a quote, I immediately receivered an email about why I chose not to use their service. I didn’t even have a chance to schedule something yet. I finally called to schedule and spoke with Kaleb who seemed really annoyed with me. No apologies for the miscommunication on their part.
