We have used this company at least 5 times in the past and always gave high recommendations to friends. This time we were very disappointed in the damage to the wood furniture pieces. Previously the moving team took great care in our prior moves. This time we found a number of wood furniture pieces damaged with large scratches. Looking back, I don’t remember this team using blankets on any of the wood pieces. I would like it if a company representative would come out and survey the damage.

ARRIVED LATE TO START THE MOVE. HIRED 3-MEN BECAUSE WE HAD SOME HEAVIER THINGS TO MOVE AND ONLY 2 SHOWED UP. COULD NOT FIT IT ALL ON 1 TRUCK. IN TURN THE MOVERS WE SO TIRED BY THE TIME WE GOT TO THE NEW HOUSE THAT MY FURNITURE WAS SCRATCHED AND DENTED. MY FLOORS WAS SCRATCHED FROM THINGS BEING DRAGGED AND MY WALLS HAVE DINGS, SCRATCHES AND 2 HOLES THAT ALL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED PROFESSIONALLY. A DAMAGE REPORT WAS WRITTEN AT THE TIME OF THE MOVE AND I WAS TOLD TO CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS IF I DIDN'T HEAR FROM THE OFFICE. 4 DAYS LATER AND 5 PHONE CALLS TO THEM I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT THE DAMAGES. I HAD TO TELL THE OFFICE THAT I WOULD STOP PAYMENT BEFORE SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. THE MOVE COST MORE THAN ESTIMATED, HAD ONLY 2 GUYS, AND DAMGES TO MY NEW HOME. NOT HAPPY!

I was very pleased with 2 men and a truck. They worked very hard and were careful of my belongings. My dining room table did have some damage from shifting boxes in the truck, but 2 Men and a Truck are paying to have it repaired.

Everything went good for our move. All our furniture was is tip top shape but a small scratch on a coffee table. They were prompt and worked hard to get the job done. Nice young men.

I had an antique bench damaged and still have not heard back from the company on what they will do.

We only moved a two room studio and the cost was outrageous. We had everything packed. The worse part was that the movers wrote in a $100 tip on the bill after they left. I only caught it when I asked to see the bill. This is fraud. They only took the tip and $100 off our bill. Customer service should of been to remove more than half. Still contemplating sending this to BBB as what if they do this to someone else or have they already?!

I have a claim in with the office currently. Severe damage to my walls and furniture. Movers kept mentioning another job after hours so they were clearly in a hurry to get out of my place and on to their next job.

The crew that moved us were all very professional and friendly. They treated our belongings with care and were very efficient. This took a load of stress of our plates. We would totally recommend them!

I especially appreciated the gentleman coming to the place I was moving from 2 weeks prior to the move. He was so nice and that took the guess work out of everything from how much can the truck hold of all of our “treasures” to what the cost would be. Then the movers were very professional and courteous and efficient. It ended up costing less than expected!!! I have been and will continue to recommend your servises!!! Thank you!!!!
