I am still waiting for an answer regarding the damage to my piano.
It has been six weeks.

The three people were awesome! Polite, professional and super helpful!

requested to have two gun safes moved. Two men and a truck had originally put them into to the basement with no issues and it was a great experience. This time they sent 3 employees to move the safes and were unable to complete the job. And while attempting to complete the job proceeded to damage the walls. The movers were young men not extremely fit and probably not the best choice for this job. Had to hire another company to complete the work.

Your team was courteous and very well mannered. Overall we were very happy with our experience. The only issue we had was that while moving a coffee table, our wall was damaged a bit. Just an accident and your team handled it well.

I got my items delivered, but they missed my 50" TV and now i along with my family and kids without any entertainment in a new place. They also missed 2 of my boxes ( dont know what items were there inside ) . Your team didnt had any clue of my list of items.
You guys need to improve the process around having the count of items before you leave the premises and again when it is delivered. This would have unnoticed if it was not for the TV . Based on your rating i would have assumed that i got all the boxes and came to know only after i realise my specfic item was not there.

All we needed was two have a large desk and two book cases moved from our basement to the upstairs. I was quoted 1 hour. It took them 2.5 hours. They removed the trim off of the door and the door. The door doesn't shut now and they left the trim in the corner of room. They seriously damaged the desk and the two book cases. I felt like they low balled the estimate to get our business and then more than doubled the price while seriously damaging our property. And now we get to wait 2 weeks to have our property repaired. I can just image how the repair will be! Never again using your service and will be sharing on my Facebook page.

Time i was expecting the movers was between 130pm and 430pm....they got there at 630pm. Threw a massive wrench in my day, weekend, and all other planned/hired services i had pending on this move. And after the movers broke a light, which i had to replace very early the next morning...i didnt even get a credit or offer to replace it from you... I paid for it???? The only credit i received a whopping 10%off for being late (2 hours!)..my time alone is worth over $600 an hour....i sat from 130pm to 630 pm without being able to leave the house, since this piece of the move was critical. Very poor and i will surely be sharing this experience.
