Everything was excellent except there should have been an adjustment on the fee. Driver had the address on his paperwork for the stop we needed to make in Clio and he said that we gave him the wrong address. Basically, he turned right instead of left when we came to Dodge Road, and went from the 2000 block to the 8000 block before before turning around. These are country miles, not city miles and we went out of the way for a total of 20 minutes. I timed it. I knew when we hit the 3000 block that we were going in the wrong direction and there was nothing I could do.

The only issue I have is I don't have proof of the tare weight just the gross weight. As the tare weight was hand written in.
My weight estimate was quite a bit less than the actual weight so I have no proof.

We have used Two Men and a Truck once before. That experience was great which prompted us to use them again. We were basically making an identical move as the previous time. However it took the movers twice as long to get things done. In the end, we wound up having them leave things behind for us to get later, and to just cramming all of our belongings in the living room of our new place in order to make the process quicker. The movers completely destroyed a desk, they shattered three glass shelves, and broke our platform bed in half. They also gouged our stairwell, and scratched and gouged up our sons brand new crib. They took the crib apart after telling us it wouldn't be required. Had this been our first experience we never would have used them again.

The movers were very pleasant but broke 2 items...a mirror and a lamp and dented the lamp shades. Other movers I have used in the past never broke or damaged anything...going back to them.

The movers were extremely polite and helpful. My dissatisfaction was the price. I was charged 660 to move a 1 bedroom apartment that was less then 10 miles away. The movers did not have to dissemble or assemble any items. Everything was packed and ready to go. I do not understand how it would take professional movers 5.5 hours to move a one bedroom apartment less than 10 miles away. I am also disappointed regarding the non response to an item that was broken. One of the movers broke the leg of a dresser, he did the right thing, notified me and filled out the appropriate paperwork. The company called me a week ago and said someone would contact me. I haven’t heard from anyone. I am not concerned with the broken leg, I’m concerned with the lack of response. I would not use the company agai

Marlon & Dominick with your company Two Men And A Truck were exceptional. They properly introduced themselves. Marlon explained the invoice and said that they were here to help make my move as efficient and quick as possible and they did just that. Both always addressed me as Ms. Johnson. They both made me aware of even little of imperfections in items they were moving. When legs were removed from a table they made me aware that they taped the screws to the table. At the end Marlin was also efficient with throughly explaining the total of my bill and letting me know that I would be receiving a survey by email. Because I am an organizer and event planner, I pay close attention to details with everything. I love their personality and work ethic. I was very satisfied.

I explained to the men packing my belongings that my mantle clock was very fragile and very expensive - They put a single layer of bubble wrap on it and put it in a box. Needless to say, it got broken.
