Movers were excellent. Price was excellent. Only complaint was office didn’t call me to let me know the movers were on their way. Otherwise a great company and will use in the future.

These 3 men were fast, efficient and polite. When we asked to do something, it was done. We worry that they did not have back braces with the heavy lifting they do. My motherly instinct comes out when I see how they lift and carry. A very nice three some. Hang on to them.

I called and voiced a complaint with Ashland and never heard back from her. I have used use guys a number of times and this is the worse. I am totally disappointed in the lack of professionalism from every realm of staff. Not even a return call ?? And it's people like me that contribute to your business.may not mean nothing to you but it will the next moving company

I requested three movers for the move, due to the fact that most of my belongings were going to be placed in my basement from a storage unit. Only two movers showed up after what appeared to be a long day moving for them. They were tired and took way too long to move my belongings. I was not happy with the service.
