The guys were great did a great job and helped a lot getting the heavy couch’s downstairs, we didn’t know if it would go because of the stairs set up but it worked. Thanks again Mothy, Kendrick, (Ty) really appriciated the help with heavy stuff, at least for us seniors!!!

Our experience with the movers professionalism was great. One of my mattresses was loaded next to a sharp object on the truck and my $2000 matress was torn. John handled the situation well. However, I am very unimpressed by the lack of professionalism and disrespect by Wayne that called to follow up on the incident. I was charged for 6 hours for my move and he stated the time to travel back to shop was not charged. He said I was trying to scam and get over on the company and not pay for services rendered. This was highly inappropriate and should have been a time to eduacate your employees and never a conversation that should happen to keep a customer. Also, I was told a company would call me to evaluate matress, possibly repair and have not been contacted. I will be send my matress receipt

I was super stressed and frazzled on my moving day and was still running around trying to tie up loose odds and ends. John and Shawn were incredibly patient and goodnatured. They were a very calming and supportive and I was incredibly grateful for their efficiency and positive energy. Couldn’t have asked for a better team.

The three men arrived on time. If the senior member of the team had been a little more patient and asked for a door to be removed or waited for assistance from one of the other team members, Two Men and a Truck would not be sending service people out to see if they can repair the damage to the armoire. We were able to repair the damage to the door way. Additionally, the dolly that was brought to use for moving the piano was not an appropriate dolly. I will never allow 2 Men and a Truck to move a piano for me again. I do believe that if I had not witnessed the damage happen to the armoire, that the employee would have tried to make it that the damage was already there. He actually asked me if I wanted a damage report done. I shouldn't have to ask for that when he knew it happened.

Team showed up on schedule, walked through my home to get a game plan together. They took care to wrap all furniture and secured. Moving team worked efficiently and was able to beat the estimated time by 2.5 hours.
