I would NEVER recommend the Miller Road office. The problem was NOT with the movers themselves, it was the office staff and General Manager.

Russel-
I am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. Our office like many other locations does not provide a second In Home Consultation. I realize you made some adjustments to your move, we made adjustments on our end from what you told us and your total cost was right in line with the estimate we provided. I apologize again that you were not satisfied and hope you enjoy your new home.

My computer desk had a wheel broken off. the movers said it was already broken. Not true. The desk had not beenj moved before movng day. My daughter has lost Over 300 CD'S. The movers tell us that they don"t remember seeing them. we were first told they were left in the truck. The next day we were told the CD'S were not there. I would not use your service again or recommend you to anyone else.

Ty, Chris and Wilson were absolutely fantastic. They took a huge job and got it done in 6 hours. Their attitudes were always great and they took good care of my items. They did not stand around; they worked hard from the moment they got their to the end.

Marlon, Ray and Brian were a great team and made this moving process the best I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve moved at least 12-15 times in past 20 years). The movers paid attention to my needs and, in do doing, went above and beyond to accommodate me to ensure I was comfortable during entire move. From getting me chairs and helping me into them, to moving items sometimes more than once when I mistakenly asked items to be moved to wrong spot, to asking me throughout the day if there was anything they could do differently to make things easier, to being kind and courteous and so friendly! This move is first one I’ve not had to move one single box or piece of furniture - speaking volumes about team &making the unpacking and decorating very easy and enjoyable. Thank you with all my heart...
