The crew that came out was very polite and friendly - but they were sent without the correct equipment and they lacked experience and guidance - it took them much longer than necessary - and they were only able to move half of the items I needed moved - unfortunately it was a waste of money considering how many items I still need to move

It looks like you were informed at the time of booking that your items may not fit into one truck based on your inventory. It was recommended that we send two trucks but you waved that recommendation and signed a weaver of additional truck form on the day of your move. Many items were damaged, including a pelton, big box garage tool boxes, and a entertainment center. The main mover didn’t seem to think it was of any importance and we filed a damage claim immediately. It has not been followed up on and it’s been 5 days. I’ve called several times with no return call.

My moving crew was incredible. It was a huge job and a really hot day. They got everything done and were very friendly and personable. Despite the stress that normally accompanies moving day, I actually had a great day talking and joking with the crew. These guys all deserve a raise.
