Since Im deaf I had my sister and friends talk to personal on the phone about my move. I emailed the company for information and a reservation date, I couldnt email or text the person at the office to deal only w me because I had to call back on phone. There should be availability to the hearing impaired or deaf community to have access to emailing and or texting the office staff, instead of finding someone to hear on the phone.

Everything went smoothly. The crew was there on time; the office called just as they were ready to leave the office. They had all the necessary supplies with them. They got to work immediately and work steadily. They were very polite. When arrangements were initially made with the office, however, I was asked as to how many larger pieces of furniture would be moved. For some reason, it was expected that that was all there was to be moved. All other household furnishings were not taken into consideration. This was puzzling. Anyway, the move went smoothly. We have not unpacked or uncovered most items; but it would seem that nothing was damaged in the move.
