The office personnel were vary helpful accommodating changing dates and needs for my move. Especially pleased with the lead mover on my move. Sam was outstanding with my goods. I have another move planned later this year and I will request Sam. He did not damage my goods or my homes in a difficult long distance move. That is all you can ask. His experience is invaluable.

The only concern that I had was that Dominique had his phone out while Marlon was using his for me to pay. His phone made a picture noise as if he was taking a picture of my card or was recording my card number via voice recording, which stopped/clicked at the point that I was done providing my number via phone. I asked him about it, and they both seemed nervous but denied that this took place. I will be watching my credit card activity very carefully. This is a significant worry. Kristine Dunn McClellan

After my 20 years in the moving business as a long distance mover for several van lines (48 states/Canada) it was a pleasure to work with your men. My baseline for movers is always higher than most people. It begins after the introduction and when the doors open. If the pads are folded and dollies/hand trucks are tied off with the floor swept out, then I know I have a professional crew. Marlon and Joe were very easy to work with and patient because of our loading and unloading locations. Kudos to your operation!!

We had a very difficult move with LOTS of boxes and heavy items. The two gentlemen who pulled the short straw did a fantastic job and were professional, and somehow managed to laugh and sing up until the very last box was taken off the truck.
