This is my first time using this service, and I am so pleased with all aspects of it, from scheduling to pick-up and delivery. The delivery team was exceptional! They were efficient, courteous, and took extra care with my items. Great Job!

The Men did an excellent job professional. So no complaints at all.

I am dissatisfied for several reasons: 1) movers could not disassemble the bed. I had to look up on the internet and help them. To my knowledge, this caused a delay, which was not calculated adequately in the final bill. What if I was not with them? 2) I paid 40$ for TV boxes to move two large TVs. I expected that those paid boxes would have remained in my possession.

The two young men could not have been kinder, more efficient, or polite! I wish I knew their names. They picked up In Bloomfield & delivered to Dearborn. Quality men!

I had a lot of big furniture that needed to be navigated around tight spaces - Carson and his team did everything they could to make sure my furniture fit. They moved quickly but carefully and as a result, my moving experience was as stress free as it could be!
