This was my 3rd time using Two Men and a Truck. I’ve always had great experiences and have always recommended them to friends when they needed movers. During this most recent experience, my order was not properly processed in the office from the call-taker. The employee was young and new and already has a reputation with the moving crew and other Two Men locations as someone that always messes things up. And she certainly did that with my order. The movers showed up with too small of a truck and my move was not completed. The movers refused to do a second trip so whatever didn’t fit in the first trip I was on my own to move for myself. That defeated the whole point of hiring movers. I spent the next day and a half hauling car loads of stuff to my new house on my own. Not happy at all.

Courtney in the office was wonderful helping me out of a jam. The team, Mike and Mike were great. They introduced themselves, went through what needed to be moved with me, then wrapped and moved all the items very efficiently. Once at their destination Mike and Mike moved everything to the new space and even moved a few more pieces of furniture around for me. They were cheerful and courteous and I would certainly ask for this particular team again.

The movers were very good. They took great care with my items, they were polite and worked hard. I appreciate how easy they were to work with.

Movers were excellent... first person I talked to was ok... estimated cost was off.

Charles and Greg were on time, courteous and efficient. I can not recommend them enough!

Very satisfied with move team. Movers Mike and Jay were very friendly, helpful and very professional. They appeared to work very well together and took care of business.

We moved and entire house from Grosse Pointe Park to Midland it was a seamless process and would be happy to refer anyone to use two men and a truck Detroit!

Two Men and a Truck were great. I would recommend them to anyone moving,

The move itself and the movers were excellent. My complaint is that this move was for my son. I expressly used my credit card for the deposit, and made arrangements for my son to be authorized to sign for the balance of the move using the same card, since I was going to be out of town. After the move, the movers said they could not do so. My son had to scramble to come up with the balance. I'm very unhappy about this. After using Two Men for several of my kids' moves, it is this kind of problem that causes me to stop around next time.

Everyone was so friendly, movers worked so quickly and moved my furniture in one load which made the price lower than originally quoted. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks two men and a truck!
